Full time care (30 or more hours per week) $ 140.00 per week.
Part time care (less than 30 hours per week) $ 40.00 per day.
Full time care (30 or more hours per week) $ 135.00 per week.
Part time care (less than 30 hours per week) $ 35.00 per day.
Fee for late pick-up of child $ 5.00 per 15 minute interval, or
any fraction thereof, per child.
Fees are to be paid on Thursday Morning, of the week which care was provided, or the child’s
last enrolled day each week.
If a payment is more than 3 days late, including weekend days, a fee of $ 10.00 per day, including
the 3 days already past shall be charged.
Additional fees will be added for children attending more than 9 hours each day.
I will establish a regular rate based on your child’s hours of enrollment.
There will be no reductions for additional children from one family. I am limited to a number of children that I may care for at one time.
If a portion of the fee will be paid by a third party, such as an employer or the county, that payment will be accepted on a separately arranged schedule, as described on the contract from the county or employer.
Parents will be responsible for any specified co-payments or unpaid amounts.
If parent or legal guardian is under age 18, a cosigner must sign the contract to act as guarantor to the contract, and agree to be bound by all financial terms.
Families will receive a minimum of 4 weeks’ notice, when a rate increase is planned.
No refunds will be given for days when children do not attend for illness or other reasons.
I will take two weeks of paid vacation each year. An additional two days paid for continuing education, and three paid days for personal time. I will let you know of this time off at least two weeks in advance, so you and your family can make alternate arrangements. If days are taken off due to emergency situations, there will be no charge.
Child and Provider Absence
If your child will not attend on a regularly scheduled day, please let me know by 9:00 AM
I will not provide transportation for children who attend school, however check with the Somerset Bus Company for transportation.
Children are not allowed to arrive or leave the center without the Parents supervision, or a written notice for other arrangements.
Parents and/or Guardians shall sign in at the start of each day, and sign out at the end of each day on a
daily attendance sheet, located near the entry door. The Name, Age, Time in, and Time out will be recorded.
In case of an emergency situation that requires my immediate attention, there will be someone at the center. They will stay with the children during my absence, until all children are picked up.
Parents will be called to pick up their children as soon as possible, and no later than 5:00 PM.
In the event that I am scheduled to be gone, day care will be closed.
